When a beer alone just doesn’t beat the heat, this is the drink to choose. The strawberry margarita mix along with the blonde beer makes for the perfect summer drink to enjoy by the pool! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While there are many strawberry margarita mixes on the market, to get the flavor right for the beer, I have found Daily’s or Master of Mixes work best. If Shiner Light Blonde is unavailable in your area, you can try to make a special request for it at your favorite grocery store. When I spent some time in Florida, Publix was great about special ordering Shiner without markup. If this isn’t possible, you can use any blonde beer you enjoy, though you’ll miss out on that special Texas taste!<\/p>\n\n\n

    14 oz Daily’s Strawberry Daiquiri & Margarita Mix<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    4 oz 1800 Silver Tequila<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    2 oz Cointreau<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    6 cups ice<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 Shiner Light Blonde Beer<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Directions<\/h3>
    • Mix strawberry margarita mix, tequila, Cointreau, and ice in blender until smooth.<\/li>
    • Fill grande margarita glass to an inch below the top.<\/li>
    • Quickly flip a Shiner Light Blonde into the glass (this may take some practice, especially if you’ve already had one or two drinks!)<\/li>
